Bulbs in Panasonic PT53WX54?

While repairing Panasonic rear-projection HDTV (PT53WX54), I opened the case of the red bulb and liquid spilled off the bottom of the bulb.
What is this liquid for? and do you know of any website to buy the liquid from?

Thanks,

the liquid is 70% ethylene glycol & 30% glycerin, typically. It is used to help cool the picture tube so the tube does not crack due to overheating. should be able to get some at a repair service center. as this is a liquid if it has dripped onto any of the tv's boards, you run a chance of corrosion. make sure you clean it up well
