hi ,my 5 lock lever/lever lock is not working, all the locks lock when handle lifted, but key will only slightly turn, the bolt lock comes out but only a little bit, can lock from inside but cannot remove the key, any advice will be great.many thanks.

If it works ok when door is open then it is failing on keep on door frame. If not sounds like fault inside lock.
