I cant load my sons netbook (zootstorm freedom thing!) when i turn it on it jus goes to a black screen with white text saying "sorry for the inconvienience but cannot load windows blaa blaa,start in safe mode, go to last known good config start windows manually stuff like that,but when i press any option it jus goes back 2 the same page again,(after quickly flashin up a blue screen first.) Can anyone help pls,? i'm a complete novice to these problems, thanks,GAZ,

If you have a windows xp disc, boot that up and follow instructions to repair the installation. you may lose some of your stored data, but mostly you don't
