When I switch the kettle on,it sometimes start to make the noises of it working but only to switch off before it has reached boiling point. Other times it does not sork at all when seitching it on. Light works accordingly to kettle working.

Is there something I can do to repair this kettle myself?
It is a good kettle ,we have had it for 3 years.

hello, if possable? try and take the kettle appart. check the switch, for any dirt you will see a little push switch its this that cuts off the kettle check for any dirt and were and tear, allso check the kettle element,i hope this helps you?
