The chimes on my regulator wall clock do not chime in coordination with the clock time. How can this be fixed? How do I reset the chimes?

Remove the minute hand (should be on a square shaft) and reposition 180 degrees forward.

Hour issue

There may be a small arm that follows a cam inside the clock just before it strikes (about 1-2 mins) you will hear a click.
If this is the case then watch for the arm to move just before and on the hour. Allow five minutes following the clock striking the hour then gently lift the arm and the clock will strike the comming hour. Lift again and and it will stike the next - keep going till time on the hands matches chimes
