How can i fix hotpoint ultima wf860 1600 spin?

The drum won't turn even when only 1 sheet in on any cycle, so it's not thru overloading. please help

It sounds like the brushes on the motor have worn down, if this is the case don't try to use it untill it is repeared as it may end up damaging the motor.
