I purchased the above item less than a year ago but foolishly did not keep the receipt so the store will not accept responsibility. When I switch on the unit, although power is clearly reaching it, it seems as though it fails to initialise. It seems to be searching for disc data even though no disc is in the drive and all functions refuse to operate. Would be great if someone could help me here. Thanks.
