top thread does not pick up bobbin thread ?

Model 2010 touch tronic memory singer sewing machine
will not catch the bobbin thread. Can't figure it out.

Hello Jerri,
If the machine does not pick up the thread after changing the needle you will need to retime it, I can attach instructions if you type my email address as you say it not as you see it and remind me of your problem
