Rising water pressure in Vaillant Turbomax 837E?

The water pressure in this boiler continues to rise reaching the RED zone in about 10 days. Water is drained off and it keeps rising again
The heat exchanger has been replaced and the Air
pressure has been kept at 0.9 bar.
What could be the problem ?

Many thanks. On disconnecting the flexible filling loop, water drips out from the free end of the FILLING LOOP.
It is greater when the boiler is working.
Should water be coming out of the loop ?

When the flexible filling hose is disconnected from the filling point valve, water drips down continuously from the disconnected end of the hose. Where is this water coming from?

When you say the Heat exchanger has been replaced, I assume you mean domestic?

If the expansion vessel is charged and the DHE is new, the only point of entry for new water is the filling point valve(s) are passing.
