fault on cl628 kenwood frothie maker?

Hi, the fault is that when i press the heat up button nothing happens,yet other 3 buttons work.Can any one help as i dont think this fault is much.

take the jugg off look at the bottom take the 3 screws out then take the screw out of the bottom of the handle. Then unscrew the nut from the bottom of the jugg with you fingers in the jugg on the rotator.Then pull the bottom apart and you will find a thermal fuse inside a plastic cover take and replace it with a new one. Do not solder it it must be crimped back on. This is the fuse you need google it and you will see what your looking for Sefuse SF139E 142°C,250V/10A can be bought on e bay
