Hw do i mend a upvc window that wont open?

Window has several locking bits along edge, handle works to release all but one of them so window cannot open. Can this be rectified?

I have the same problem. The window wont lift, so can the offending lock be removed by taking out the glass? The bolt at the bottom of the window is not moving, hence the window wont open.

Handle should work all of them, maybe sash has dropped try lifting, it might need glass removing & resetting or if you get it open remove offending keep from frame.
