How can i fix my Rich Geezer fruit machine?

It was working fine until i pulled out the hopper to check what coinage was in it.Now when i switch it on it goes through its checking routine and the just stops,no lights/sound and the money by passes the hopper and goes straight to the bottom.Please help

I dont know what a dip switch is.If its the one on the hopper then yes i did catch it when moving the hopper and it made a knocking sound

Have you got the refill key or know how to enter refill mode?
Or did you knock a DIPswitch?

Try enterring refill mode, often by using the key switch below the START button just above the cash drop drawer.
