How can i fix my ilo 1 gig mp3 player?

I used my ilo 1g player a few times and something happened to it. You can hear the music but no vocals. All my settings are set where there suppost to be. What I'd like to know is what happened and can it be fixed.

Pull the battery, over night if needed..
sounds like some goofy setting you don't see..
If that doesn't do it, take it back.
