how can I fix low water pressure in my sime 34i central heating boiler?

I have bled the radiators and this has led to a drop in system pressure below 0,8 bar and the system has shut down. How to I restore water pressure to 1.0-1.5 bar ?

there should be a loop under the boiler,just turn the tap on till it reads 1.5 then turn it back off
