I have a 20 gig nomad zen jukebox with a faulty headphone jack. Sound comes from one side only. If you wiggle or move the plug a little, it will change to the otherside, but not both sides. If you push the plug a little to one side sometimes you can get sound from both sides, but when you let go of the plug and not push, it goes back to one side only.
