How can i fix a problm with my eisystem 4430 keyboard?

the problse helpem is that the number keys are showing instead of the letters and i cant get them off so i have to hold funtion key to type for exmple p is - and o is 6 and i is 5 and u is 4 and so on please help

You have NumLk on. Different PCs have different key sequnces to take it of. e.g. my ThinkPad is alt-scrlk. Look for the key that says Numlk and then try holding down the following keys and then pressing NumLk one after another: Fn, Ctrl, Alt.
