my back door is broke i can lock and unlock it with a key but cant pull the door handle down, it will go up but not down. i've tried pulling handle down whilst unlockin door but this wont work. Has anyone any suggestions please?!?!?!

The locks must be catching keeps on frame, first sight the door sash to frame, should be level if it's out of line this could be the trouble. I think you are going to have to deglaze the door, then you will have a bit of movement & it should unlock. Don't put excess pressure on handle you will do more damage.
When refitting glass make sure you pack it in toe & heel fashion.
