My back door is made of plastic type material and it has a thick glass nearly full length window. It has three hinges on one side (plastic). The lock is the brand Mica. I can unlock the door and just about get the handle down (although not sure if the handle is fully down) but when I pull the door or push it from the other side it does not seem to open. Any ideas?
Door needs adjusting. Hot sun can expand pvcu, try it when it cools. But it sounds like you need to lift or drop door to get handle fully down, adjust when open.
