I can push the tape in but it will not sit down on the spools. It will also eject fine using the eject button. Is this straight forward to fix? It has happened to two video players. One is a Sony Video Cassette Recorder SLV-SE85 and the other a Sony Video Cassette Recorder SLV-E810
