how can I fix my Beko wm6355w washing machine?

Hi,
My beko washing machine wont wash. it fills up and sticks there. Ive drained it and emptied the filter (20p coin and a hair clip), swithed it off at the wall overnight, but it still wont go. its only a few months old.
