How do I set the alarm on my Seiko H449-5100RO?

How do I set the alarm on the Seiko H449-5100RO watch?
Al Wynn, April 2011
I am looking for spare parts of this watch.
I try to find a spool (bobbin) for this watch but no watchmaker can find one.
It would be helpful to get a hint where to get.
I am also interessted to find an watch sombody does not like anymore.
Many thanks

Go into the alarm mode (there are two), and pull out the crown, adjust the alarm time to what you want (crown can adjust backwards and forwards), then push the crown in to set the alarm (an indicator appears top left in the display). To turn it off, pull out the crown and push back in again.
