2 possibilities :
1 a leaking valve or
2 power to water valve at all times
Unplug machine and see if the drum still fills up - if so you have a leaking valve - replace the valve
If by unpluging bthe machine and leaving it for say 2 days, no water has entered, then this is a main module failure. Send it to us for same-day repair at £49.90+vat plus postage of £5+vat.
