why r my clothes comming out dirtyer than when they went in wash. and sometimes the marks wont come out

Check the waste pipe is only in the waste outlet by no more than 12 inches as it maybe back filling or try doing a boil wash with a cap full of bleach in the drum (dont put clothes in and dont put any powder in) after you"ve done that select a rinse programme and do a couple of rinses
