When I turn on my laptop and it loads up the screen where I normally enter my password, my keyboard wont work so I can't type anything in and the mouse won't move. None of the other buttons work. Please help me..

try starting your labtop up in (safe mode) when your booting up the labtop, keep tapping on the F2 key, and that should start it up in safe mode, see if you can get your password in the box when it starst in safe mode, and it will start up as normal, i will check back here to see how you get on ,,
