fitted new radiator - not working?

We fitted a new radiator and new thermostat in the living room, the rad is full of water - no leaks, but when all the other rads are on, this rad stays cool and even the pipes to it are cool? Don't understand it. We have bled all rads. We checked the thermostat bit in the middle goes up and down. Is there any thing else we can do?

try closing all other rads except the one not working and put heating on to force water through it, if it still wont work it could be a valve

Did you connect a supply 'out' pipe for continuence of the circuit?

have you opened both valves fully on the ends of the rad?
switch the heating on and run it.you will probably find its air locked and a bit of heat expansion and running will save the day
