The cord snapped within my patio umbrella (the kind whereby you tilt it into position then wind the handle to open it out). We took it all apart to replace the cord, but when we unscrewed the circular case where the cord was wound a spring, a rotor type arm thing and a piece of shaped wire fell out and now we have NO idea how it goes back together!! The umbrella is under a year old and I am loath to buy a new one because we can't work out how to put it back together!
PLEASE HELP - Can email pictures of umbrella and parts to assist!
