how do i get the back off of a packard bell ct500pmonitor?

The monitor appears to be damp inside the screen due to a flood .It still works ok but I cannot get the back off to dry it out properly.Does it have hidden clips or something on the sides?

Damp and can't open, use a bed of rice to suck the humidity away.

You can use the box it came in or a plastic garbage bag if you no longer have the box.

If you can use it's box, you can place it verticaly and pour the rice around it.
If you don't have a convenient box and have to use a bag:
Spread a layer of rice in the bag.
Place the monitor on the rice, screen up.
Push some rice around the monitor and pour some more rice to completely cover it up.
You want your monitor to be in contact with rice on ALL of it's surfaces.
Let it rest for about 2 days.

After that time, the rice will have absorbed all available water and humidity.
