Did you try uninstalling it from safe mode?
If it's not possible:
Kill the process from the task manager.
Make sure that it no longer start with windows. If it don't offers the possibility of not starting with windows, do the following:
Go to the start menu and click "Run..." and type "msconfig".
On the Services tab, find Teracopy and disable it.
Look the Startup tab, if you see something about Teracopy, disable it here also.
You may also look in the "system.ini" and win.ini tabs.
This should prevent Teracopy from starting.
Reboot your computer and sellect OK in the confirmation window that will pop up as you start.
You can now suppress it's installation folder.
After that, I recomend running CCleaner to find and remove any left overs such as registry entries and shortcuts.
