how to fix ast ascentia vl series laptop?
the laptop is completely dead except when on mains power ,then the green power light comes on and stays on then changes to orange and it charges the battery fully,when the power is removed the battery is left in fully charged it is totally dead,when the battery is removed and put on mains just the green power light stays on,there are no beeps or any other noise totallydead.would any body know if there is a reset button on this model and its position.any suggestions on how to repair or possible remedies would be appreciated.thankyou
