How can i fix my Trcity Bendix AW1400 W washing machine?

How can i fix my Tricity Bendix AW1400 W washing machine it fills and i can drain the water but the drum will not turn ( I can turn it by hand but it will not turn when on Wash cycle etc )

check the motor brushes.if the carbon bit is less than 10mm they are worn out and need replacing
