Same problem as you - it blows hot, then a spark can be seen and then blows cold. Not sure. I tried replacing the fuse Ive seen talked about on this forum site but no such luck. It was a given to us, and worked fine for our super tiny house - well the living room at least. Thinking about just using the cadet wall heaters that have the thermostats unlike the constants running heatsurge
