you must have a matsui remote
press ok to get a ats screen if you do not press pc+aux button and hold for five seconds if ats screen appears press ok then wait until ats screen goes away
thats it tv now tuned
now the bad bit the channels may not be in the right order and i cannot remember how to shuffle but hell at least you get a picture

You usually use the menu button on the remote. Once the menu is on the screen it is usually obvious. If you need a manual have you tried Currys (aka Dixons) as Matsui is one of their own brands.
