Washing machine Simpson genesis 505 ?

Hi help needed with washing machine as above it's filling washing but won't empty or spin ? Any help would be fab

It has to empty before it will spin. Make sure that knob on panel is set for normal and not drip dry. If set to normal and still not draining then you either have a blockage in the drain pump or a faulty pump.
