Audrey....You have to give more details than that if you want some one to try to answer you. Make of phone/is the phone working - IE can you get a dialling tone/ring out? On this site on the left hand side right at the bottom (Under Navigation) there is LINKS. Click on it and have a good look around for telephone help/repairs etc if you do not get an answer from this site.
