Sime Halstead 30/90 TRIO - something is preventing the burners from firing ?

I have a problem with a Sime Halstead 30/90 TRIO, however something is preventing the burners from firing up (at all), I can see that the piolt light is on, and the burners flicker and attempt to light without fully firing up.... can anyone please advise on this, as I have already had a certified boiler guy out to check - but no luck. Thanks very much.

Hi lal, Thanks for your response.
Yes Fan is on, Pump is on, pilot light is on, (but sometimes it can take 15/30 seconds to light other times it is straight away) seems to me there is not enough air pressure or something similar to light the burners. Could it be the Pressure Switch is dodgy????

Flue is not obstructed, and Gas valve seems fine as it feeds the pilot light.

What are your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
