My AEG dishwasher isnt cleaning properly, the bottom spray arm rotates fine but the upper two do not rotate at all, there is water spraying through the holes but not sure if its enough to make them spin.
Could it be a blockage? any help would be appreciated.

remove filter and make sure its clean.check all the holes in the spray arm are not blocked especially the end hole on the spray arms.could be a blockage or a pump issue but not a common problem
