Burned out lamp must have become misshapen and will not allow cap and shield to be removed for lamp replacement. The manual says to remove cap (two screws) and shield, which seems to be attached to cap, but something seems to be preventing the cap/shield from coming off. Can the container be removed and the burned out lamp accessed any other way than from the top. Thank you.
