difficult to answer as you need to diagnose these issues on site but a common one is the dryer element insulation down to earth.You can disconnect ALL the wires to the DRYER element and tape them up.also make a note where they ALL go.Now try running the machine.if it works then it could well be dryer element but nothing in life is 100%!
PS remove top lid to gain access to DRYER element terminals
