How can I fix broken glass in metal sliding sash window?

In a late sixties house we have sliding aluminum sash windows. One has a broken pane of glass. There is no manufacturers name and no obvious way to remove the frame or dismantle it to replace the glass. The sides of the frame are plastered into the reveal. The sash appears to be hidden within grey plastic tube. Any help would be very much appreciated.
