pull starter on a wolf generator failed?

The pull starter on a Wolf Power generator 2200LR has failed. It started but the rewind mechanism for the pull cord does not now wind back in.

Need to take it apart, if parts are broken, replace and refit, I think full assy is available if required, depends on you.
