I have a t mobile contract phone and it displays when a text mesage was sent and when i received it. My pay as you go 02 phone only displays when i receieved it. How can i make it display when the text message was sent.

Also my contact phone always tells me if I have missed a call when i am out ot range or when it is switched of. My O2 phone does neither of these. How do I make it do that as well.
