Read the manual....if lost track one down on the net by typing in make and model.
Have you got a recovery disk? If so..Use it to go back to new installation...should take you back to your original settings.

ive tried system restore diagnostic tool reset defaults just cant get into factory restore like the angel protect on the desk top
