My bath cold water tap has come off in my hand. Please tell me how to fix it.

do you mean the cover of the tap? take off the blue lid, with a knife ect" under it you will see a small screw, that has come away , put the cover /tap , back on and screw the screw back down tight, and then put the blue lit back on , press it down tight,,
