I am unable to open any browser, get online support through windows, re boot, restore to an earlier time on my laptop. Only thing I can do is play games & open documents.
MacFee says my computer is secure but obviously something is wrong.

Using another computer, download the installer for the browser of your choice (alphabetical order): Chrome, Firefox, Opera.

DON'T get Safari, I've seen just to many isues about that one.

Save it on an USB storage.
Install that browser.

Next, check your connectivity. Maybe you, or someone else, disabled network connectivity.
