my digital television recorder when on keeps saying starting but no picture on t.v it starts off red then to green but still says starting with just a blank screen on t.v i have left it for over a hour but still no picture on t.v i have tried unpluging and leaving for a bit and then pluging in again but no change can anyone help thanks
