My Thomson DTI6300 has stopped recording. It allows me to select what I want to record on the EPG but when it comes to recording the program it vanishes off the planned recordings screen and either 1. reschedules it for another time/date or 2. just tells me that the recording has failed. it has only started doing this in the past couple of days. at the moment it will not let me pause or rewind live TV and I also have problems with it freezing especially when deleting programmes I've recorded. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Many thanks

Just recently got one of these machines second hand and this had the same problems with recording setups and all recorded programs would not play. Fixed this by formating the hard drive (will lose all stored information and programs). Do this by Menu>Set-up>Help, Green Button Blue Button. Hope this helps but remember this loses everything!
