When trying to send mail I get the following message?

and I've just upgraded AVG and yahoo mail which may have caused the problem?
had to allow mail ETC and re-sign in. yet another draw back for security??

are you connected to the net?check email address .have you sent emails before using the same anti virus , if its norton then you will have to allow.
