DHW running hot then cold?

Hi There

I have a Ferroli Opimax HE 38C 4 years old,
When I turn ON DHW run's hot and then goes cold
A03 come up, sensor fault ,Is this an internal sensor as cant see external sensor or could it be a parameter adjustment,Thanks

Thanks lads,Boiler was only checked 2 weeks ago by a ferroli engineer, problem only started after that,Struggling to get him back,is there any chance that a parameter is set wrong,Thanks for advice

blocked heat exchanger at a guess

yes you're right it is a internal sensor, the A03 error code is related to the over temperature protection heating sensor ,this is fairly common in your boiler especially if there is a demand for heating and hot water.now you could try resetting the boiler,in some cases it resolves the problem but more often than not a engineer will be needed ,before he extends the time limit on the ophs he will do various other check including filter change cleaning out the venturer and so on ,it is not something you should try yourself .
