how can i fix my halstead ace high?

my boiler keeps firing up for heating randomly enen when programmer/timer is set to off there`s no frost stat....

I have the same boiler (low and behold mine has a fault too but a different one). The manual says that it has a frost protection device, could this be it or maybe its the anti pump seizure device. Only guesses I'm afraid
