continual UE notification - LG washer Model WM 1814 CW - 4 years old?

Recently, all loads (heavy or light, and in between) result in a UE error at approx. Minute #7 in the cycle. The drum is not spinning enough to let the water drain out. I have rebalanced load after load, leveled the machine, and also cleaned the filter cap. I could check for a loose sensor, but don't know where it is located. Is there a check I could run on the control board?

I do not know the m/c, but from what you say, UE is load imbalance, drum not spinning should not stop water going out, load imbalance, the m/c usually tries to rectify it itself, by back/forth movement, water would settle in the outer drum, the waterproof one around where the clothes go, which would then balance the load, does water pump out. I would think that sensors for imbalance would be located, depending on m/c on or around the dampers/springs for the drum, could be top or bottom. Dampers look like the tubes each side of the hatch of a hatchback car, springs, like springs, just a bit bigger than in your biro.
